Shipping Charge

For Small / Medium items:

US shipping: Free USPS/Ground Shipping on all orders over $99. Free shipping applied to 48 states (except Hawaii and Alaska).

International shipping: (small and non-furniture items only)
Shipping cost will be calculated at check out. Tax and duties are responsible by purchasers. All international sales are Final. Please note, we are unable to accept return and exchange for international sales.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. All orders will take approximately 2-7 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

For Furniture / Large Items (ship within US only):
Some items may required additional shipping fee (calculate at check out)
We ship furniture item by our white glove delivery team/UPS/Fedex depends on the ship location.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 3 business days to schedule/confirm a delivery date.
Furniture Delivery transit time:
west coast: 1-2 weeks 
East coast: 2-4 weeks 
*Furniture packaging removal is not included*
*Local pick up available by appointment only*


Return Policy

We do not offer Exchanges. 
Clothing, shoes, bags and accessories are eligible for return in the form of store credit only.
Linen pendants and all home decor items are
 not eligible for return.

Please contact us thru email within 7 days from the date of receipt for an authorization #. Unfortunately, after the 7 days, we are not able to accept the return. Please return eligible items in unwashed, unworn, original condition with our tag attached. We’ll email you a return label once your return is authorized. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return. All shipping costs are not refundable. 

We do not offer Returns/Exchanges for furniture items at this time.
We inspect all items before shipment to ensure all items are sent in satisfactory condition. We are unable to replace any furniture that is accepted from our carrier as undamaged. If there is damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can further assist. 

All sale items are final sale.
All shipping cost are non refundable. 

 International Sales are Final Sale.
